The National Transplant Assistance Fund (NTAF) combines the spirit of community involvement and desire to help others with appropriate grass roots fundraising guidance and assurance of fiscal accountability in the collection, management and disbursement of funds.
In 2000, NTAF expanded its area of service to include patients with traumatic catastrophic injury. This program has expanded to meet the ever-increasing financial needs of patients by opening 28 fundraising campaigns for patients with acute spinal cord injuries and raised over $1.7 million in community funds for patients with catastrophic injuries.
